Francina’s love for people and her curiosity for what makes them feel relevant, led her to Real Estate in 2019. After a 15 year career in Big Data/Analytics and Technology, supporting almost every known industry, Francina sought to travel less, and be more present within her own community. She started her career as a Broker at Keller Williams, and grew to become an individual agent at Fathom Realty. She has learned that the volume of transactions and the number of agents in a firm has little to do with an individual, human connection to a home, leading her to build a 1-1, customized process for her clients. No one person is alike, and no one home is alike, so the way you a buy home should be unique to you too.

Real Estate has been her venue to find more connection and has ultimately led her to her calling, Development without Displacement. She is invested in much more than simply selling houses, and the connection with people’s lives and stories are her fulfillment. Her passion has evolved to unifying her professional strengths with her personal mission, helping home ownership become a realty for everyone.

Areas of Expertise
Francina does not focus on any one area of expertise because she believes people and their preferences are not monolithic. Her preference to associate with a smaller, boutique firm allows her the freedom to focus on innovative ways to meet clients right where they are, to achieve their goals. Real Estate is teaching, but most importantly it is learning. Francina finds that the very nature of her job is to be agile enough to learn what someone needs, do smart and intelligent research, and form a process to achieve the client’s goal. The micro market and “bubble” that is Western NC dictates what type of buyers and sellers make up the current landscape, further dictating the area of exertise needed to meet the demand. Per the market, Relocation, Short Term Rentals, Investors, and Affordable Ownership should be areas of expertise now. Who we work with is not necessarily a choice, but a symptom of the market. I would say that my professional history makes me an expert in how to calculate risk based on most financial services risk standards to provide a succint understanding of purchase power and future growth.
