Gentrification. Urban Renewal. Affordable Housing. Why keep doing things that do not work, and achieve the same results? It is time to move beyond inequitable access to home ownership, and to start talking about Development without Displacement as a drastic intervention to the housing crisis. No need to dance around the current system. It is time for a change right now.

If more of us own homes, our economic value, our GDP, increases as a country. That is good news for everyone! So let’s stop compounding the deficits that stop underrepresented and disinvested communities from owning their own home. We need a housing revival!
